Be true.
Speak kind.
Connect deep.

You want your sense of choice back,
How?
learn to be heard,
and you’re wondering ...
feel more connected,

In my coaching sessions, I focus on values, needs, and feelings with an emphasis on accepting what is so you can begin exploring what could be.
Coaching is a present-to-future process, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you, supporting you until you feel confident to support yourself.
This process requires commitment: reflecting and working on yourself not only during our sessions but also in the spaces in between. You will take self-developed next steps, come prepared to our sessions, and build momentum toward lasting change.
Coaching
Drawing on Nonviolent Communication, Conversation Compass supports self-awareness,
communication skills, and empathy focusing on one situation at a time.
Together, we’ll explore what’s at the heart of your situation, clarify what matters to you, and find words that feel true to your intention so you can enter your conversation feeling grounded, clear, and connected.
Conversation
Compass
My workshops invite you to practice compassionate communication and deepen connections with others in a safe and supportive space.
Each session is unique, based on Nonviolent Communication while shaped by the needs and energy of the group. You’ll leave with practical tools and insights to carry into everyday life.

My methods
In my coaching and workshops, I create a calm and supportive environment where people feel safe to explore and grow. My approach is holistic and always centered on what matters most to the client(s).
I draw on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Inner Team Model, integrating scientific insights with practical tools.
I continually refine my work through lectures, feedback, reflection, and ongoing research.
