In my coaching sessions, I focus on values, needs, feelings, and core beliefs, with an emphasis on accepting what is so you can begin exploring what could be. ​​

Coaching is a present-to-future process, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you, supporting you until you feel confident to support yourself.

This process requires commitment: reflecting and working on yourself not only during our sessions but also in the spaces in between. You will take self-developed next steps, come prepared to our sessions, and build momentum toward lasting change.​​​

Group coaching creates a unique space: you are guided in your own process while also learning from the reflections, questions, and insights of others walking a similar path.

The group dynamic allows you to experience connection, resonance, and new perspectives that can deepen your own self-discovery.

Over the course of 4 - 6 weeks we gather in a small group under a shared theme (e.g. boundaries). It’s a powerful way to grow - not only for yourself but also through the shared journey with others.

Workshops

Compassionate communication is like learning a new language. It takes time, repetition, and practice to make it part of everyday life.

In this group, you will have the chance to build on the knowledge that you gained in one of my or similar communication workshops (based on NVC). You will have the space to try things out, make mistakes without judgment, and slowly become more fluent in a way of communicating that feels natural and kind.

My methods

In my coaching and workshops, I create a calm and supportive environment where people feel safe to explore and grow. My approach is holistic and always centered on what matters most to the client. 

I draw on Nonviolent Communication (NVC)Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Inner Team Model, integrating scientific insights with practical tools. 

I also collaborate with therapists, doctors, and other professionals when needed, and I continually refine my work through feedback, reflection, and ongoing research.​
