1. General Information

• This website is owned and operated by Open Heart Connections.

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, and resources, is for general information purposes only.

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or require medical or psychological support, please seek professional help from a qualified practitioner.

• You can also contact your GP or another registered health professional for medical or psychological care.

 

2. Coaching Services

• Coaching sessions are designed to support personal growth, reflection, and communication skills.

• Results may vary depending on your commitment and personal circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

• You are responsible for your own choices and actions during and after coaching sessions.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance. 

• Payment terms (including package options or instalments) will be clearly communicated before booking.

• Payments are due as specified in the coaching contract or communicated otherwise.

 

Community Contribution Model

• Our pricing is based on a community contribution sliding scale. This model allows clients to contribute at a level that reflects both the value of the service and their personal financial situation.

• The suggested ranges for contributions will be provided at the time of booking. Clients are encouraged to select an amount that feels fair and sustainable for them within the given range.

• This approach helps make coaching more accessible while supporting the sustainability of our services.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• If we need to reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible.

 

5. Refund Policy

• Single sessions: Payments for single coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule without penalty.

• Packages: If you purchase a package (e.g. multiple sessions) and decide not to continue, you may request a refund for unused sessions. Refunds will be calculated based on the standard rate of sessions already attended, plus an administration fee of 20 %.

• Workshops or group programs: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date. After that, fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to another program or participant at our discretion.

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

 

6. Newsletter Subscription

• By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional updates, resources, and offers.

• You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.

 

7. Website Use

• You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
