Saying No and staying connected - boundaries with clarity and care

Do you ever say yes when something inside you says no?

Maybe you agree to avoid tension, and later feel drained or resentful.

Or you finally speak up and set a boundary, only to sense distance, defensiveness, or a subtle break in connection.

It can feel like an impossible choice: keep the peace and override yourself, or protect yourself and risk the relationship.

This 3-hour interactive workshop is for people who want to set clear boundaries without becoming harsh, withdrawing, or losing connection.

Rather than focusing on being “more assertive,” we’ll slow down and explore:

• What makes boundaries feel uncomfortable, risky, or guilt-inducing

• How to express limits and needs without blame, justification, or shutdown

• How to stay present when someone reacts to your no

  
  

You’ll have space to reflect on your own real-life situations and practise in a supportive and respectful setting. There is no pressure to share more than feels right for you.

This workshop is especially helpful if you:

• Often say yes when you mean no

• Feel guilty or anxious when setting boundaries

• Swing between over-accommodating and abrupt

  
  

This is not about building walls or pushing people away, it’s about learning how clarity and care can exist at the same time.

Group size is limited to 16 participants to allow for depth, safety, and meaningful exchange. No prior experience is needed.
